On 10/17/15 the Bhutanese American Association of Houston (BAAH) will celebrate Dashara Dhamaka – 2015, an event of Bhutanese Culture and Tradition. The event compromises Songs, Dances, Opera and Drama, and Dhan Baraily’s album release *The Journey* that continues…, This is a FREE event open to all.

On Sunday, August 23, 2015 – 4:30 to 6:30 pm BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir (1150 Brand Lane, Stafford, TX 77477) requests the honor of you and your family’s presence at the main hall – Narayan Sabha Hall (located at the entrance) to take part in remembering Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, India’s 11th President and a great scientist. This one-of-a-kind, ‘Shradhanjali Program,’ will be presented in Hindi/English with devotional songs followed by Mahaprasad (vegetarian dinner). This is a free event with free parking, OPEN TO ALL.

During this ‘Shradhanjali Program’ – Remembering the Scientist, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam a book will be unveiled, “Transcendence – My spiritual experiences with Pramukh Swami Maharaj”, written by Dr. Kalam and co-authored by Arun Tiwari. Dr. Kamlesh Lulla, an award winning NASA scientist, will share his personal encounters with Dr. Kalam.
