GET HYPE FOR KTRU’s 29th ANNUAL OUTDOOR SHOW! Join us in celebrating all the incredible acts on our longest lineup EVER.

This year’s show will be unlike any in our history – please join us on Saturday, April 24 from noon to 10 p.m for a kaleidoscopic festival of music & community.

To keep all you music lovers as safe as possible, all music performances at ODS will be virtual. To keep the spirit of outdoor show alive, we will be screening all performances on a 10ft video wall out in the Rice University Central Quad from noon to 10 p.m. Rice community members will be able to RSVP to lay out in the grass for a socially distanced listening/viewing party.

While you’re in the quad, you will also be able to view a live art installation and performance by local multidisciplinary artist Chandrika (@ch4ndrika) throughout the day. Take in the art & music while snacking on bites from our on-site food truck (to be announced) and picking out some new KTRU & ODS merch!

Due to campus COVID regulations, the in-person component of the show in Central quad is limited to the Rice community, and Rice ID will be required to enter.

RSVP sign up is available NOW! All slots will be one hour long, coinciding with each of our acts. 65 attendees will be permitted for each set. You can sign up for more than one slot and stay at the quad for multiple hours/performances if you choose! However, if you are seen in the Central Quad past your allotted time, you will be asked to leave so we can keep our audience capacity under control.
